Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Ops Center, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Ops Center is an internal platform provided by Fintella for authorized personnel only. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Authorized Use

Access to Ops Center is restricted to individuals who have been granted access through a valid corporate Google Workspace account or through an explicit email invitation. You may not share your access credentials or allow unauthorized individuals to use your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Ops Center only for legitimate business purposes. You will not:

  • Attempt to access data belonging to other entities or users without authorization.
  • Upload malicious content, spam, or harmful materials.
  • Attempt to circumvent security controls or access restrictions.
  • Use the platform for any purpose unrelated to your role within the organization.

4. Content Ownership

Content you create within Ops Center (messages, requests, ideas, etc.) is owned by the respective entity organization it was created under. You retain no independent intellectual property rights to content created in the course of your professional duties.

5. Integrations

When you connect third-party services (Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Contacts, Calendly), you authorize Ops Center to access data from those services on your behalf. You may disconnect integrations at any time from the Integrations settings page. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party service data.

6. Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

7. Termination

Your access may be revoked at any time by an organization administrator. Upon termination, your access to all platform data and integrations will be discontinued.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ops Center is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Fintella shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
